Engagement Models
A strong client-vendor engagement model is vital for the success of any offshore experience. At IPW, we offer a range of proven engagement models that are transparent and give you complete control over your project.
You can choose from any one of the following generally accepted models below or opt for a combination of them for different phases of your project. |
|
We can also work with you to customize a model to address your specific need(s). Additionally, any of these models can be applied to our suite of services for more convenience and/or value. Our customers and partners have benefited from these models through:
- Improved business results by focusing on core business
- Accelerated time-to-benefit through streamlined implementation and improved business processes
- Reduced operating costs, including upfront and ongoing capital investments
- Doing away with the need to hire, train, retain, and manage a large staff

Time & material model
In this model, the project cost is a function of the total project execution time and the corresponding resources deployed. This engagement model is particularly useful where projects are complex and prone to midstream specification and design changes. |

Dedicated resources model
In this model, a dedicated team is retained to act as a virtual extension of the client's own staff. The client manages and controls projects and deliverables through teams operating from the development centre. At times and if required, the client may also decide to redefine all processes, methodologies, quality frameworks, standards and practices to be followed by his dedicate team. |
